File Delivery
Upon completion and receipt of full payment, the client will be provided with the final file(s) in full resolution, free of watermarks, in the agreed-upon format(s).
Permitted Use
The client is granted the ability to use the completed artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, digital applications such as profile banners, wallpapers, and social media use, as well as physical reproductions for personal use such as printed posters, merchandise, or desk accessories.
Commercial Use
The client may not sell, redistribute, or otherwise profit from the delivered artwork unless a commercial use license has been explicitly agreed upon and reflected in the project terms prior to the start of work. Commercial licensing is available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
The artist retains full copyright ownership of all work created, including but not limited to the right to display, reproduce, and distribute the artwork for portfolio use, promotional materials, and self-promotion across any medium. The client does not acquire intellectual property rights to the artwork unless a separate written agreement for full rights transfer has been made. The artist may not repurpose, resell, or reuse the client's commissioned work for unrelated personal or commercial projects without prior written consent from the client.
